The packaging was superb and both lamps arrived in perfect condition, which, given the nature of glass shades, was of concern to us. The whole experience was *stellar*.  They ensured my order was exactly what I wanted, walked me through the timeline for the custom order and the lights arrived exactly as I specified and even showed up earlier than they anticipated. Modern Bungalow was great to work with. Their customer satisfaction is upmost. I made a major mistake on a custom order and yet they were willing to work with me. As it turned out my mistake complimented my room in a way I hadn't expected. The order was through Simply Amish. Some of their options are not shown, and that's where I made my mistake.And I put down the wrong stain, but it works beautifully. They also worked with me on an extended delivery date, as our newly constructed house was way behind schedule.
