Modern Bungalow was great to work with. Their customer satisfaction is upmost. I made a major mistake on a custom order and yet they were willing to work with me. As it turned out my mistake complimented my room in a way I hadn't expected. The order was through Simply Amish. Some of their options are not shown, and that's where I made my mistake.And I put down the wrong stain, but it works beautifully. They also worked with me on an extended delivery date, as our newly constructed house was way behind schedule.

This is a fantastic craftsman style furnishings store. Real, American made solid wood furniture not imported particleboard. Look at the tables with fold out leaves. Truly heirloom prices that would last generations. Highly recommended if you want quality that lasts.

I bought 2 amazing, beautiful rugs. They arrived promptly along with only 1 of the 2 rug pads. Katie in customer service was wonderful to work with in tracking down the missing pad in the pre Christmas shipping mess and sorting out the problem. I will definitely work with them again! I love my new rugs!
